急性脑梗死患者血浆D二聚体、纤溶酶原活性检测的临床价值

摘　　要：目的为探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血浆D二聚体(D-D)及纤溶酶原活性(PLG:A)联合检测的临床价值。方法采用SysmexC S2000i全自动血凝仪对120例急性脑梗死患者及80例健康对照者血浆D-D及PLG:A进行联合检测并进行比较。结果 ACI患者血浆D-D水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。急性脑梗死患者血浆PLG:A明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合检测血浆D-D及PLG:A水平对了解ACI患者的病情发展和预后判断有重要临床价值。Objective To investigate the plasma D- dimer （ D- D） and plasminogen activity （ PLG ： A） clinical value in patients with the acute cerebral infarction （ACI） combined detection. Methods Sysmex- CS2000 i automatic blood coagulation analyzer 120 cases ACI patients and 80 cases healthy persons plasma D- D and PLG：A were respectively detected and compared. Results ACI patients with plasma D-D levels were significantly higher than healthy controls （P 〈 0.01 ） ;ACI patients with plasma PLG：A was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The plasma D-D and PLG：A joint detection to understand the condition of patients with ACI progression and prognosis judgement has important clinical value.
