索利那新治疗经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）后夜尿的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨索利那新治疗前列腺电切术后夜尿增多的疗效分析.方法 观察70例前列腺电切术后伴夜尿增多的患者.年龄55～ 83岁,平均年龄69岁.入选患者,按就诊顺序随机分为实验组及对照组两组,实验组口服索利那新（5mg,一天一次）,对照组口服安慰剂（安慰剂为维生素C）,即安慰剂对照,疗程3个月,观察每个前列腺电切术后患者的储尿期症状、夜尿次数及生活质量.储尿期症状用OABSS评分表评估,夜尿症质量用夜尿症质量（N-QOL）评分表评估,生活质量用生活质量评分表（QOLS）评估.结果 服药时第一周,实验组OABSS评分、夜尿次数、夜尿症质量（N-QOL）评分及生活质量评分表与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.第12周实验组OABSS评分、夜尿次数、夜尿症质量（N-QOL）评分及生活质量评分表QOLS与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 索利那新治疗前列腺电切术后患者的OAB症状记夜尿改善短期加速膀胱功能恢复,长期能明显改善膀胱功能,改善了生活质量。Objectives To evaluate the effect of Solifenacin（5mg） on nocturia for after transurethral resection of the prostate.Methods Arranged by registration order,70 patients with nocturia symtoms after TURP were randomly divided into study control groups with 35 cases in each group.The ages were from 55 year to 83 year（averaged,69 year）.The study group accepted Solifenacin 5 mg once diary and the control group accept placebo.Both groups were maintained the corresponding therapy for 12 weeks.The overactive bladder symptom scores （OABSS）,nocturia,the nocturia quality of life（N-QOL）score,quality of life（QoL） score and adverse reactions were recorded.Results There were statistically significant differences（P 〈 0.01） in favor of the study group over the control group in the aspect of OABSS scores,nocturia,N-QOL,QOLs in the first week and the twelfth week.Four patients had mild side effect of dry mouth.Conclusions Treatment of nocturica with Solifenacin Tablets could improve nocturia and the quality of life.
