摘 要:目的 探讨CT值对经输尿管镜超声碎石清石效率的影响.方法 分析顺流冲洗拦截法经输尿管镜超声碎石术治疗的32例输尿管结石的CT值和结石成分及超声碎石清石术的临床资料.结果 草酸钙和磷酸钙等CT值高的结石(CT值≥1000HU),瑞士EMS第5代超声碎石清石系统仍可碎石清石,但碎石速度缓慢,需要配合气压弹道碎石,以提高效率;CT值越低于800HU时,超声碎石速度快,可单独实施.结论 经输尿管镜超声碎石清石效率与结石CT值和结石成分关系密切,配合气压弹道碎石可提高效率.术前测定结石的CT值,可作为预测和评估超声碎石效率的参考指标之一。Objectives To investigate the effect of CT value on transureteroscopic ultrasonic lithotripsy efficiency.Methods 32 cases of ureteral calculi analysis downstream flushing intercept method ureteroscopic ultrasound lithotripsy for the treatment of CT value of the clinical data and stone composition and ultrasonic lithotripsy.Results Calcium oxalate and calcium phosphate stone with of high CT value (CT ≥ 1000HU),the Swiss EMS fifth generation ultrasound lithotripsy system could still clearing rubble stone,but stone is slowwith low efficiency,need with and pneumatic lithotripsy was indispensible,in order to improve efficiency;if the CT value is lower than 800HU,ultrasonic lithotripsy speed is high,and stone can be independently implemented.Conclusions Ureteroscopic ultrasound lithotripsy efficiency and the relationship between CT value and stone stone composition closely,with pneumatic lithotripsy can improve the efficiency of.Preoperative determination of stone CT value,can be used as one of the reference index to predict and evaluate the efficiency of ultrasonic lithotripsy.
