摘  要:近年来国内外对同步相量测量装置动态性能的要求成为这一领域的热点。分析了当前相量测量装置主要采用的基于频率偏移的DFT修正算法,发现该算法在系统频率偏离额定频率很小的静态条件下具有很高的精度;当系统发生如低频振荡、故障、失步等动态变化过程时,算法的精度不够。给出一种不仅能适应于电力系统静态条件也能适应于动态变化过程的相量测量的新算法,给出了算法的具体实现过程。最后介绍了最新制定的同步相量测量装置动态性能的测试规范项目及其测试方法。The dynamic performance requirement for PMU becomes a hotspot in recently years. The paper discusses DFT correction algorithm based on frequency difference which is used widely by the popular manufactory. It is obvious that DFT correction algorithm is very adaptive under power system steady condition with high accuracy. While under dynamic condition such as low-frequency oscillations, fault, out of step and so on, DFT correction algorithm is not capable. The paper presents a new algorithm to improve measurement accuracy under dynamic condition by adding FIR to DFT factors, which can also be used under power system steady condition, and also gives its concrete realization process. At last, the latest test specification and method of dynamic performance for PMU are introduced.
