《小儿药证直诀》色诊象的色彩特点研究

摘　　要：目的探讨《小儿药证直决》色诊象的色彩特点。方法从证候的色诊象(色彩)角度,比较《小儿药证直诀》(以下简称《直诀》)诊法与《中医儿科学》诊法的特点。结果 (1)色相频数:体表类色相频数,《中医儿科学》比例较大的有"赤"+"红","深紫"+"紫";《直诀》比例较大的有"黄""黑"。大便色相频数,《中医儿科学》比例较大的有"深黄"+"黄","果酱色"。小便色相频数,《直诀》,比例较大的有"深黄"+"黄"。(2)色相组合频数:体表类色相方面,组合色相的比例《中医儿科学》较高。大便色相方面,组合色相的比例《直诀》较高。小便色相方面,组合色相的比例《直诀》较高。(3)明度:《中医儿科学》描述明度的色诊象比例明显大于《直诀》,这些色诊象主要属于体表类,其明度以"暗"为主。(4)纯度:《中医儿科学》描述纯度的色诊象比例呈大于《直诀》的趋势,这些色诊象主要属于体表类。结论《直诀》与《中医儿科学》色诊象(色彩)存在差异,其原因和意义有待结合更多的资料予以探讨。Objective To explore the color characteristics in ＂Xiaore Yao Zheng Zhi Jue＂. Methods The diagnostic methods in ＂Xiao Er Yao Zheng Zhi Jue＂ and ＂TCM Pediatrics＂ were compared from the perspective of color for syndrome. Results （1） Frequency of colors ： about the frequency of skin colors, ＂red＂, ＂deep purple＂ ＋ ＂purple＂ are more frequently seen in ＂TCM Pediatrics＂, while ＂yellow＂ and ＂black＂ more in ＂Xiao Er Yao Zheng Zhi Jue＂. About the frequency of stool color, ＂deep yellow＂ ＋ ＂yellow＂, ＂jam color＂ are more frequently seen in ＂TCM Pediatrics＂. About the frequency of urine colors, ＂deep yellow＂ ＋ ＂yellow＂ more in ＂Xiao Er Yao Zheng Zhi Jue＂. （2） Frequency of color combination ： concerning the frequency of skin colors, the combined colors are more frequent in ＂TCM Pediatrics＂. Concerning the frequency of stool color, the combined colors are more frequent in ＂Xiaoer Yao Zheng Zhi Jue＂. Concerning the frequency of urine color, the combined colors are more frequent in ＂Xiao Er Yao Zheng Zhi Jue＂. （3） Brightness ： brightness is described in color with more frequency in ＂TCM Pediatrics＂ than in ＂Xiao Er Yao Zheng Zhi Jue＂ and is more used to describe the skin, darkness is mainly seen. （4） Purity： there is a tendency that purity is described in color with more frequency in ＂TCM Pediatrics＂ than in ＂Xiao Er Yao Zheng Zhi Jue＂ and is related with skin. Conclusion There is difference between ＂Xiao Er Yao Zheng Zhi Jue＂ and ＂TCM Pediatrics＂ in color for syndrome, and more information are needed to explore its reasons and significance.
