摘  要:分别以剂量为0,50,100,150 Gy的12C重离子辐射定莜-7、定莜-4、坝莜-8和花早-2这4个燕麦品种的干种子,M2代通过干旱胁迫,研究不同品种燕麦在不同剂量辐射下的形态、产量和抗旱性的变化.结果表明:随着辐射剂量的增大,不同品种的形态指标(株高、茎粗、叶面积)、产量和抗旱性表现出的抑制或促进作用不同.除坝莜-8在100 Gy辐射下各形态指标均高于对照外,其他3个品种在不同剂量辐射下形态指标均低于对照.坝莜-8在100 Gy辐射下,其形态指标、产量和抗旱性均明显促进,花早-2对50、100 Gy仅表现为产量和抗旱性促进,定莜-7对150 Gy仅表现为产量和抗旱性促进,形态指标抑制不明显,定莜-4则对所有剂量辐射均表现为抑制.4个品种产量和抗旱性表现为显著正相关,且早晚熟品种在不同剂量辐射下各自有较为相近的表现.We selected the dry oats' seeds of Dingyou-7, Dingyou-4, Bayou-8 and Huazao-2, and respectively irra- diated them by ^12C heavy ion irradiation set with doses of 0, 50, 100 and 150 Gy, to see the change of morphology, yield and drought resistance of varieties oats under drought stress. The results showed that with increasing radiation dose, morphology indicators (height, stem diameter, leaf area), yield and drought resistance of different varieties oats demonstrated different roles at different radiation doses. At 100 Gy radiation, except Bayou-8, all the others mor- phological indicators were lower than the control. Bayou-8's morphological index, yield and drought resistance were significantly promoted by 100 Gy radiation, Huazao-2's yield and drought resistance were promoted by 50 and 100 Gy, Dingyou-7's yield and drought resistance were significantly promoted by 150 Gy, while all Dingyou-4's morphological index~ yield and drought resistance were suppressed under all doses of radiation. In addition, all varieties' yield and drought resistance showed a significant positive correlation. There are some similar changes respectively in early and later-maturing varieties under different doses of radiation.
