软土地基沟埋式涵管的若干关键设计问题探讨

摘　　要：目前,沟埋式涵管广泛应用于珠三角水利建设中,由于缺乏对软土地基变形规律的正确认识以及合理的涵管垂直土压力计算理论,涵管在运营中常常出现各种病害。本文以广东省肇庆市某涵闸工程为研究背景,分析了软土地基上涵管的一些常见问题,包括地基不均匀沉降、涵管开裂、附加土压力等,通过现场调查、原位试验和有限元分析问题产生的原因,并且对涵闸地基沉降计算以及箱涵顶垂直土压力进行研究。最后,给出解决上述问题的一些方法和建议:1基础设计时,不仅要考虑地基强度问题,更要重点计算地基的沉降,确保处理后地基的刚度差异不大,以减少地基的不均匀沉降;2根据填土荷载大小确定地基刚度,即荷载越大的地方布桩应该越密,反之越疏;3涵管的结构设计必须考虑地基不均匀沉降引起的附加土压力。At present,the channel-buried culvert is adopted widely in hydraulic construction in the Pearl River Delta region. However,due to the lack of right understanding of the deformation rule of soft soil foundation and reasonable computational theory of vertical soil pressure on culverts, many problems appear during culverts ＇operation. Taking a culvert project in Zhaoqing,Guangdong province for research background,some common problems of culverts in soft soil foundation are analyzed,including uneven settlement of foundation,culvert cracks,and additional soil pressure. Field investigation, in-situ tests, and FEM are used to study the reasons for these problems. Also,the computations of foundation settlement and vertical soil pressure are investigated. Finally,some suggestions to address those problems are given： 1） in foundation design,while the strength of the foundation is considered,the settlement should be also taken into account; it should guarantee small stiffness difference of the foundation and reduce the uneven settlement; 2） the foundation stiffness is determined according to the load by the backfill;i. e.,the site with higher load should have more piles,and vise versa; 3） structure design of culverts is supposed to consider the additional soil pressure caused by uneven settlement of foundation.
