摘　　要：目的通过对临床上主要药源性肝损害药物的研究,进一步指导药源性肝损害的治疗。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对某院近6年收治的134例药源性肝损害患者总结分析。结果针对药源性肝损害目前没有特效疗法,关键是及早发现、及早停药,并针对肝损害的类型,特异性的给予相应的保肝解毒药物治疗。结论通过对药源性肝损害药物的研究,为临床的合理用药提供参考,从而能够进一步减少药源性的肝损害。Objective Studying the main durg-induced liver damage drugs in the clinical in order to guide the treatment of drug-induced liver damage.Methods Analysis 134 cases of patients with drug-induced liver damage in our hospital during the recent 6 years in a retrospective investigation method. Results There is no specific treatment,the key is early detection,early withdrawal,further,giving corresponding protect liver detoxification drug therapy in the types of liver damage. Conclusion Through the study of drug-induced liver damage drugs guiding the rational use of clinical drugs,further ,reducing the drug-induced liver damage.
