单皮质锁定加压钢板联合自体骨植骨治疗带锁髓内钉术后骨折不愈合12例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨单皮质锁定加压钢板（locking compression plate, LCP）联合自体骨植骨治疗带锁髓内钉术后骨折不愈合的疗效和安全性。方法12例股骨骨折带锁髓内钉术后骨折不愈合患者，均在保留髓内钉情况下行单皮质LCP联合自体骨植骨治疗，术后随访观察治疗效果。结果术后随访8～24个月，骨折均愈合，骨性愈合时间为6～14个月；术后患肢功能恢复良好，无明显跛行、疼痛或麻木等情况发生。结论单皮质LCP联合自体骨植骨治疗带锁髓内钉术后骨折不愈合疗效确切，安全。Objective To explore the feasibility of single cortical locking compression plate （LCP） combined with bone graft for fracture nonunion after interlocking intramedullary nail implantation. Methods Twelve patients with fracture nonunion after intramedullary interlocking nail implantation received single cortical LCP combined with autologous bone graft. The operation results were observed. Results All patients were followed up for 8 to 24 months, and the average healing time was 6 to 14 months. All patients got reunion. The limb function recovered well. No obvious limp, pain or numbness occurred, Conclusion The effect of single cortical LCP combined with bone graft is effective and safe for the fracture nonunion after interlocking intramedullary nail implantation.
