摘 要:目的比较莫西沙星与多西环素治疗恙虫病的疗效。方法 54例恙虫病患者依据初始用药分为莫西沙星组24例和多西环素组30例,分别经验性应用莫西沙星和多西环素治疗,比较2组退热时间,治疗48、72h退热率及疗效。结果莫西沙星组治疗有效率(41.7%)低于多西环素组(96.7%)(P<0.05),治疗有效者退热时间[(84.4±15.9)h]较多西环素组[(37.8±17.7)h]长(P<0.05),48h退热率(0)、72h退热率(16.7%)低于多西环素组(73.3%、90.0%)(P<0.05)。结论与多西环素比较,莫西沙星治疗恙虫病起效慢,有效率低,不宜作为恙虫病的一线治疗用药。Objective To compare the efficacy of moxifloxacin versus doxycycline on tsutsugamushi disease. Methods Fifty-four patients with tsutsugamushi disease were divided into moxifloxacin group (n=24) and doxycycline group (n=30) according to initial antibiotics used. The effective rate and defervescence rate were compared between two groups after 48- and 72-hour treatment. Results The effective rate was significantly lower in moxifloxacin group (41.7%) than that in doxycycline group (96. 7%) (P〈0.05). The defervescence time was significantly longer in moxifloxacin group ((84.4±15.9) h) than that in doxycycline group ((37.8±17.7) h) (P〈0.05). The deferveseence rates were lower in moxifloxacin group (0, 16.7 %) than those in doxyeycline group (73.7%, 90.0%) after 48- and 72-hour treatment (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Because moxifloxacin has lower effective rate and takes effect more slowly than doxyeycline, it should not be used as the first-line drug for tsutsugamushi disease.
