除尘器组合喷嘴内部流场分析

摘　　要：为了探究组合喷嘴喷雾优势,分析了组合喷嘴的结构特点,并采用数值模拟方式对具有7个旋流器的组合喷嘴内部流场进行分析研究。数值模拟得出的结果直观地展现了该喷嘴内部流场特点以及喷雾优势,为国内喷嘴的研究以及设计制造提供依据。In order to explore the advantages of a combined nozzles,we analyze the structural characteristics of the nozzle,and study the internal flow field of the nozzle with seven cyclones by using numerical simulation methods.The simulation results visually demonstrate the characteristics of the flow field and spray advantages of the nozzle,providing the basis for design and manufacture of nozzles.
