耳屏软骨加硅胶片覆盖修补鼻中隔穿孔的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察耳屏软骨加硅胶片覆盖修补鼻中隔穿孔的疗效。方法 选取14例鼻中隔穿孔患者作为研究对象,经中隔穿孔前缘切口分离双侧中隔黏骨膜形成黏膜袋,采用耳屏软骨夹层法修补穿孔,外置硅胶片覆盖穿孔,保湿以利黏膜修复。结果 14例患者中隔穿孔均一期愈合,随访6∽12个月,中隔黏膜光滑,无穿孔。结论 耳屏软骨加硅胶片覆盖修补鼻中隔穿孔,不改变鼻腔结构,组织取材方便,手术操作简单,成活率高,是一种值得推广的手术方法。Objective Observation to therapeutic effect of repairing nasal septum perforation with tragus cartilage and silica gel sheet.Methods 14 patients with nasal septum perforation were treated by tragus cartilage that was put into a mucosal sac which was formed along incision of front of perforation of nasal septum. Two pieces of silica gel sheet were used to cover the perforation of nasal septum, it can moisturize and conducive to the mucosal repair.Results 14 casea heal with phase 1 and no perforation comes back again after 6-12 months follow up. Septum mucosa is smooth. Conclusion Perforation of nasal septum was repaired by tragus cartilage and silica gel sheet is a simple and effective operation.It does not change the nasal structure. Material can be got easily, and survival rate is high.
