摘  要:结合某330 MW级循环流化床锅炉冷态点火至连续投煤过程,分析了影响启动时间和启动油耗的因素,并作出优化调整。结果表明:优化后初始床温提高了41K,启动耗时缩短了84min,启动油耗降低了6.4t,效果显著。For the course of a 330 MW CFB boiler from cold start ignition to continuous coal input, factors influencing the start-up time and the oil consumption were analyzed, to which optimization adjustment was made. Results show that after optimization, the initial bed temperature is increased by 41 K, the start-up time is reduced by 84 minutes and the oil consumption is decreased by 6.4 t, indicating remarkable optimization effects.
