MALR中甲醇水溶液物系气含率与循环液速研究

摘　　要：以空气作为气相,分别以水、体积分数0.1%和0.5%的甲醇水溶液作为液相,在内径为0.177m,高为1.32m的有机玻璃制成的多室气升式环流反应器(MALR)中,研究了4个室的气含率及3室液体线速度随2个上升室表观气速的变化规律。结果表明:某上升室的气含率随该室表观气速的增加而增加,随φ(甲醇)的增加而增大,上升室鼓泡流的操作范围随φ(甲醇)的增加而加大;3室的液体线速度随2个上升室的表观气速的增加而增加,随φ(甲醇)的增加而下降。The gas holdup in four channels and liquid velocities in 3channel as the superficial gas velocities in two risers were studied in the multi-compartment airlift loop reactor（MALR）which was0.177 minter diameter 1.32 m height and was constructed of plexiglass.The air was used as gas phase,water,volume fraction 0.1% and 0.5% methanol aqueous solution were used as liquid phase,respectively.The results showed that：The gas holdup in a riser increases with the superficial gas velocity of this riser increasing,and increases with the methanol concentration increasing.The range of gas rate in bubble flow increases with the methanol concentration increasing.The liquid velocity in compartment 3increases with the superficial gas velocity of two risers increasing,but decreases with the methanol concentration increasing.
