摘 要:通过大田试验,研究了烤烟K326叶片色素含量与冠层高光谱之间的关系,构建了以高光谱参数为自变量的烤烟叶片色素含量的诊断模型。结果表明:冠层光谱反射率与叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b、类胡萝卜素含量显著相关的波段分别有769、797、782和818个,其中90%以上的波段呈显著负相关关系,相关性最高的波段分别为1 846、1 846、1 846和1 843 nm。各色素含量均与高光谱参数SDy的相关性最高,构建的函数模型分别为:y=10373x2+1096.2x+29.803、y=-0.0023x3-0.0256x2+0.0559x-0.0665、y=13387x2+1421x+38.803和y=10.451e76.029x。经差异性检验,估测值和实测值未达到显著水平,表明利用高光谱技术进行烤烟叶片色素含量的监测是可行的,可为烟田科学管理及决策提供技术支持。A field experiment was conducted to study the relationship between pigment content and canopy height spectrum in the flue-cured tobacco variety K326,and diagnosis models of pigment content in flue-cured tobacco leaves were con-structed with hyperspectral characteristic parameters as the independent variable. The results showed that:the original spectral reflectance was related with pigment content of leaves significantly. In the whole wavelength range,there were 769,797,782 and 818 wave bands significantly related with that chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a +b and carote-noid content respectively,and more than 90% of which showed significant negatively relationship,and the highest correla-tion bands were 1 846 nm、1 846 nm、1 846 nm and 1 843 nm respectively. Each pigment content showed highest correla-tion with SDy,and the function models were y=10373x2 +1096. 2x+29. 803,y=-0. 0023x3 -0. 0256x2 +0. 0559x-0. 0665,y=13387x2 +1421x+38. 803 and y=10. 451e76.029x respectively. By SPSS analysis,the difference between esti-mate values of pigment content and their true values were not different. Therefore,monitoring leaf pigment content in flue-cured tobacco by hyperspectral technology was feasible,which could provide technical support for tobacco scientific man-agement and decision-making.
