摘　　要：达赖世系转世传承是藏传佛教重要的宗教仪轨,也是国家关于藏传佛教的重要法律制度。达赖喇嘛抛出关于转世的言论是为其分裂主义政治主张服务。我们要结合法律思维和宗教思维,依法强化宗教管理,引导舆论导向,引导藏传佛教与社会主义相适应,维护藏传佛教的正常传承秩序,进而稳定藏区社会。The lineages reincarnation heritage of Dalai Lama is an important religious ritual of Tibetan Buddhism. It is also an important law system in Tibetan Buddhism. Dalai Lama made a speech on reincarnation to serve for his secessionism. Combining to the legal and religious views, we must strengthen the religion management in accordance with the law, conduct the public opinions, let the Tibetan Buddhism adapt to the socialism,maintain the normal inheritance order so as to keep Tibetan society stabile.
