图书采购招标存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：图书采购招标是一项法律规定。图书采购招标虽然实行了多年,但还存在一些操作上的问题:对图书采购招标的认识有偏差;招标文件的评标标准不科学;评标委员会人员构成不合理;指标公司的业务水平良莠不齐。要采取措施解决上述问题,使图书采购招标公平、公正地开展。Purchasing books through public bidding is regulated by law,which has been imple-mented for several years.However,there are still some problems in the present public bidding proces-ses,such as the misunderstanding about purchasing books through public bidding;the unscientific bidding evaluation standards of bidding documents;the unreasonable constitution of the bidding eval-uation committee;and the uneven professional skill of bidding firms.Therefore,it is necessary to take measures to solve the above problems in order to let purchasing books through public bidding fair and square.
