摘　　要：在城镇化过程中,城中村"出嫁女"权益保障问题日趋凸显,主要集中在政治权利及土地经济效益方面,究其原因是女性性别角色、父权核心、土地资源有限性所致。要解决这些问题,应强化"出嫁女"的人格意识;形成处理"出嫁女"权益争议机制;发挥村委会管理职责;发挥政府政策影响者的作用。In the process of urbanization,'married-out women'from urban-villages are facing the increasingly prominent problem of rights protection,which is mainly concerned with political rights and economic profit of land utilization.The causes of this problem include women's gender roles,patriarchy and the limited land resources.In order to solve these issues,this paper proposes the following suggestions:strengthening married-out women's personalities;forming a dispute settlement system specialized for married-out women;practicing village committee's management responsibilities;playing the influential role of the government.
