利用有色金属选矿尾砂制备非烧结砖的试验研究

摘　　要：以有色金属选矿尾砂为主要原料,掺入脱硫石膏、石灰/水泥、碎石屑,制备非烧结垃圾尾矿砖。根据不同掺量生产出的非烧结砖的性能,获得最佳的配比。试验研究表明,选矿尾砂、脱硫石膏、石灰的最佳配比为85%、5%、10%,选矿尾砂、水泥、碎石屑的最佳配比为75%、15%、10%。产品性能均符合JC/T422-2007《非烧结垃圾尾矿砖》、JC/T637-2009《蒸压灰砂多孔砖》的标准要求。The non-fired brick is prepared by nonferrous metal tailings as main raw material, and desulfuration gypsum, lime,cement and debris as additives. The best ratio is obtained according to the performance of the non-fired brick with different proportioning. The results show that the best ratio of tailings, gypsum, lime is 85%, 5%and 10%, and the best ratio of tailings, cement, debris is 75%, 15%and 10%. The performance meets the standard requirements of JC/T 422-2007”non-fired tailings brick”and JC/T 637-2009“Autoclaved sand-lime perforated brick”.
