摘　　要：文章主要论述了高校图书馆党支部成立共产党员先锋团队的意义和作用、共产党员先锋团队必备的素质,以及如何做好图书馆信息服务、推动图书馆全面发展中的创新与实践。This thesis mainly focuses on the sig nifieance and the effect of establishment of The Communist Pioneer Team in the Party Branch of university libraries,the essential qualities a Communist Pioneer Team should own, and the specific ways of creativity and practice in the improvement of library information service and development.
