摘　　要：为了对电网企业ERP业务流程进行单位级、区域级和省公司级的实时监管,提高业务流转效率,文章以业务流程管理方法论为基础,为ERP业务流程建立了精细化的管控模型,通过对工作量、工作效率和执行效果等指标进行量化,实现了多角度、多层次、全过程的业务流程管控。通过业务流程管控系统的建设,为信息系统跨单位和跨部门的业务流程分布及处理情况提供了统一有效的展示平台,有力促进了业务流程的规范化程度和处理效率,提升了企业的精细化管理水平。In order to monitor the real-time business process of ERP and improve circulation efficiency, based on the management theory of business process, this paper sets up fine management and control model of ERP business process by quantifying the workload, efficiency and execution performance metrics, to implement the multidimension, multi-level, and whole process monitoring. Corresponding system construction provides a unified and effective display platform for cross-department or cross-unit business process distribution and handling status of information system, effectively promoting the standardization and process efficiency of business processes and enhancing the refined and efficient management of the enterprises.
