摘　　要：企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)是一种先进的企业信息资源管理系统,如何使用ERP财务模块为企业提供强有力的支持越来越受到关注。文章结合ERP财务系统的功能设计及其在企业中的实际应用效果,从ERP财务模块对公司财务管理的优化和提升、系统集成等方面入手,阐述了ERP财务模块给国网山东省电力公司财务管理带来的深刻变革,并对财务全过程成本管理和预算管理做了进一步的研究。自上线以来,ERP系统在财务管理方面起到了较大的作用,取得了良好的应用效果,对加强企业内部控制、实施精细化管理和提高管理效率产生了重要影响。ERP is a kind of advanced enterprise information resource management system, how to use the ERP financial module to provide strong support for the company has attracted more and more attention in recent years. Combining with ERP financial system function design and actual application effect in the enterprise, mainly from the financial module of the ERP optimization and promotion of company financial management, system integration, etc, this paper illustrated the transformations brought by ERP financial module in State Grid Shandong Electric Power Corporation and further studied financial whole process cost management and budget management. The application of ERP system in Shandong has achieved good effect and been important means to strengthen enterprise internal control to implement refined management and improve management efficiency.
