价值工程在某学校图书馆招投标中的应用

摘　　要：针对某学校图书馆工程招投标活动中如何确定最优中标人的问题,运用价值工程方法,阐述价值工程优选方法的应用过程。结果表明:招投标中的价值工程优选方法把功能与成本技术与经济相结合的综合评价,可以实现综合效益的最大化,在工程项目招投标领域中具有广泛的应用前景。Aiming at how to determine the bid winner in school library＇s construction projects bidding,this article puts forward the application process of value engineering optimization method. The results reveal that via this approach,the comprehensive assessment of functions,cost technology and economy can realize the maximization of the combined revenues,which can be widely used in the fields of engineering projects bidding in the future.
