摘　　要：针对外交中对谈判的应用,采用归纳总结、图表分析等方法总结谈判理论的历史发展及其趋势,分析谈判与外交谈判的关系,外交与谈判的关系,外交谈判的特点、类型和方式,外交谈判的规律和准则,外交谈判的艺术和技巧等。通过研究分析表明:解决危机、消除冲突、实现和平的最佳手段是外交谈判。The negotiation is applied in all areas of our social life,and it has its own unique operation rules and arts. The scope of negotiation activities cover a wide range,diplomatic negotiation is a key branch of it,occupies a very important position in the national political and economic life. Aiming at the application of negotiation in diplomatic events,this article summarizes the historical developments and items future trends. Tthe relationship between negotiations and diplomatic negotiations,diplomacy and negotiations,the characteristics,types and methods,rules and standards,art and technique of the diplomatic negotiations are also analyzed in details. On the basis of the analysis,the paper this article makes a bold outline of the diplomatic negotiations＇ role in today＇s world,then comes to the conclusion： war ＋ diplomatic negotiation = peace.
