长三角区域协同创新、提升科创能力研究

摘　　要：协同创新区域拥有一批创新能力较强的企业集群、具有人力资本的开发与集聚效应、具有良好的政策环境、具有较为充足的风险资金供给与完善的风险投资机制。新形势下,长三角应加强协作,在协同创新的体制机制框架下,开展区域共性技术联合攻关,推动区域科技产业联动发展和创新服务系统链接,着力优化区域科技创新创业环境,真正建成政府引导、企业主体、产学研一体化的区域科技创新体系,推动区域创新发展和结构转型。The coordinated innovation zone possess a group of enterprises cluster with strong ability of innova- tion, a favorable policy environment, the development and agglomeration effect of human resource, the adequate supply of venture capital, and proper risk investment mechanism. Under the new situation, the Yangtze River Delta should strengthen cooperation under the systems and mechanisms of eoordinated innovation, work on regional com- mon technical demand with joint efforts, promote regional linkage development of seienee-teeh industry and innova- tion service, and optimize the environment of scientifie and technological innovation and enterprising. It is important to build a regional seience-teeh innovation system with the government guidance, enterprise orientation, and pro- duction and research integration to push forward regional innovation development and structural transformation.
