摘  要:电力充油设备在电力系统中被广泛采用。充油设备尤其是少油设备的绝缘介质损失值(tgδ)测量,是监督、诊断设备健康状态的重要参数和指标。分析了少油设备介质损失值(tgδ)测量时,除设备所处外电场的干扰外,试品表面脏污形成的泄漏对损失值(tgδ)测量结果产生的影响,并对目前现场一些消除影响的方法进行比对,对原理和实际测量效果进行了判定。研究结果表明:采用加屏蔽环的方式,并不能对大部分设备进行真实数据测量;现场实际需要采取的消除影响的措施,还应是尽量去除表面泄漏的通道,从而得到真实的测量值,以达到正确掌握设备健康状态的目的。The electrical oil-filled equipment is widely used in the electric power system. The insulation dielectric loss value( tgδ) is an important parameter and index for monitoring and diagnosing equipment health of the oil-filled equipment especially the lowoil content equipment. Analyses showed that except the interference of external electric field,the surface dirt formation leakage was an important impact factor on the measurement results of the dielectric loss value( tgδ) of the lowoil content equipment. The methods used to eliminate the influence were compared by analyzing their principles and practical measurement results. The results showed that adding a shield ring cannot fulfill the real data measurement of most equipment. The feasible measure to eliminate the influence should be to try to remove the surface leakage channel,thereby got the real measurement value of tgδ in order to correctly understand the real status of equipment.
