摘　　要：建基面的开挖要求质量比较高，因此对预裂爆破要求水平比较高。深孔水平预裂爆破对建基面的开挖质量起到了很好的作用，为水电工程建设积累了一定的经验。在地质条件比较复杂的情况下，施工条件允许的条件下，应选用深孔水平预裂爆破，并注意地质条件对爆破效果的影响。The required quality of foundation excavation is high, so the level for pre-split blasting must be high. The deep-hole horizontal pre-split blasting has played a good role in the quality of foundation surface excavation, which can provide experience for hydropower project construction. Under the condition of the complicated geological conditions and allowed construction conditions, should choose deep-hole horizontal pre-split blasting can be used, and the influence of geological conditions on the blasting effect should be noticed.
