车顶拉伸翻边成形数值模拟及分析

摘　　要：汽车外覆盖件车顶的最终制件尺寸和表面质量会受很多因素的影响。针对汽车车顶的拉伸,剪切,翻边和整形进行数值模拟,对不同工艺方案进行对比,并验证最终结果。研究表明,采用改进方案1,即保持了后续调整柔性也能提供较好的制件质量,满足生产要求。There are many factors that may influence the dimension and surface quality of automobile roof. The drawing, trim, flange and restrike of automobile roof were simulated. Compared different proposals and verified the result. The result showed that using the improved proposal 1 can meet production requirement and keep high flexibility.
