摘　　要：通过对无心磨床砂轮轴的几种装配结构形式的简单描述,重点讨论砂轮轴动压滑动轴承结构精密装配技艺的创新,即多片式可倾轴瓦摆动球支点楔形油膜轴承的装配新工艺。其中为更好叙述工艺创新的特点,引入了动压滑动轴承的几个理性概念,内容渗透了装配新工艺中应注意的事项和不被大多操作者所认知的概念,是经实践总结并且已证明好用的结论,供参考。Through dynamic a simple description of several assembly of centerless grinding wheelg emphasis on innovation, pressure sliding bearing structure of precision assembly skills of the wheel shaft, namely multi - chip inclinable bush swinging the ball pivot oil wedge bearing new assembly technology. The characteris- tics of the process for better innovation, introduces several rational concept of dynamic pressure sliding bearing, the concept of content osmotic matters needing attention in the assembly of the new technology and being not mostly operator cognitive, is on practice summary and proves good conclusion for reference.
