摘　　要：在内孔轴承磨床磨削工件时,使用FANUC系统的高精振荡功能,控制Z轴伺服电动机,实现往复振荡,以满足往复磨削加工要求。This article describes a high - precision oscillator function of FANUC system when the bore bearinggrinder machines workpiece, how to control the Z - axis servo motor to achieve reciprocal shaking, to meet the requirements of grinding back and forth.
