护理干预在细胞因子诱导杀伤细胞治疗中晚期肾癌患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在细胞因子诱导杀伤细胞治疗中晚期肾癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取2012年3月至2014年7月间收治的中晚期肾癌患者108例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组54例。观察组患者在常规护理的基础上加用护理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应。结果观察组患者的总有效率为83.3%(45/54),明显高于对照组的64.8%(35/54),差异有统计学意义(2=4.821,P=0.028)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为14.8%(8/54),明显低于对照组的31.5%(17/54),差异有统计学意义(2=4.216,P=0.040)。结论对细胞因子诱导杀伤细胞治疗中晚期肾癌的患者进行科学合理的护理干预可有效提高临床疗效,减少不良反应的发生率,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the nursing intervention on cytokine induced killer cells in the treatment of advanced renal cancer patients. Methods During March 2012 to July 2014 in Handan Central Hospital,108 advanced renal cancer patients diagnosed by pathology,cytological and radiographic examination were enrolled in the study. According to random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was given nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing care and the control group was given conventional care. Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group 83. 3%,significantly higher than that of the control group 64. 8%（ 2= 4. 821,P = 0. 028）. The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was 14. 8%,significantly lower than that of the control group 31. 5%（ 2= 4. 216,P = 0. 040）. Conclusions The nursing intervention on cytokine induced killer cells in the treatment of advanced renal cancer patients can effectively improve the clinical curative effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve quality of life. And it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
