摘　　要：社会网络媒体时代,电子政务的发展应该与时俱进,需要利用新兴技术不断加强政府与公众之间的互动关系。本文首先简要回顾了社会媒体时代政府及其公共管理部门的政民互动有关的学术研究概况,然后基于社会媒体技术应用情境下,选择部分政府网站和政务微博进行调研,对我国政府与公众之间开展交互的实践应用发展现状进行分析与思考。In the social media time, the development of the e - government should keep pace up with times, and use e- merging technologies to strengthen the interaction between government and the public. This paper briefly reviewed several represen- tative researches, and then based on the use social media technology, selected a part of government websites and micro - blogs in China to survey, and analysed the interactive practical applications between government and the public.
