摘　　要：在微信息环境下,图书馆服务形式微型化,服务过程嵌入化,服务范围社会化。针对图书馆微服务的特点,本文提出如下建议:加强移动图书馆建设;在数字资源建设中嵌入更多的微内容;根据微服务内容,选择合适的服务模式;创新数字参考咨询服务的内容和形式;拓展图书馆微博、微信公众号的服务内容;利用微电影、微视频等形式宣传图书馆微服务等策略,这些建议旨在拓展图书馆微服务的内容和领域,帮助用户更便捷地获取文献信息资源。With the development of micro- information, library services are trend to miniaturize in form, embed in service process, and broaden service scope. In the light of library construction under the m/era- information environment, some ways and methods are put forward, such as to strengthen the mobile library service, to add more micro- information on digital library, to select appropriate models according to the service content, and to renew the content and forms of digital reference service. Meanwhile, some new approaches to expand the content of library services, such as popularizing the library＇s blog and wechat public platform, promoting the library service through micro films and micro videos, are discussed so that the readers will be more convenient to get the literature information resources.
