摘 要:该文以科技竞争态势分析为目标,从科学与技术的关联性角度,通过充分挖掘、结合学术论文和专利数据所包含的信息,将科学研究与技术研发两方面结合起来,设计研究出基于知识图谱和专利地图的科技竞争态势分析方法。通过多个不同角度和纬度的分析,采用知识图谱和专利地图对分析结果进行可视化揭示,最终从科技竞争环境、科技创新环境、竞争机构和人才三方面,对科技竞争现状和趋势进行揭示和描述,能有效协助、引导科技创新活动的开展。同时,以张力腿平台(TLP)科技领域为例,对所设计的科技竞争态势分析方法的实用性进行实证分析。This paper presented a method of science and technology competitive situation analysis based on knowledge map- ping and patent map from the perspective of the relevance of science and technology, which using academic papers and patents in- formation together. The status and trends of science and technology competition could be disclosed and described from three as- pects, Sci. & Tech. competitive environment, Sci. & Tech. innovation environment, competitive organizations and persons, through using knowledge mapping and patent map to reveal the analysis results visually from different views. It could assist and guide the Sci. & Tech. innovation activity effectively. At the same time, the method of Sci. & Tech. competitive situation analysis was demonstrated to be practical by the example of Sci. & Tech. domain of Tension leg Platform (TLP).
