摘　　要：由于我国强制使用儿童安全座椅的法律法规即将出台,国内很多被该行业巨大市场份额所吸引的小企业正试图通过低成本仿制分一杯羹的"商业模式",这种"商业模式"不但极易导致侵权引来诉讼,而且会造成非法生产和销售。因此,对全球儿童安全座椅专利的技术发展趋势、核心技术和诉讼专利等情报的分析尤为紧迫和重要。本文通过同时使用Thomson Innovation和Innography对儿童安全座椅专利情报的创新分析方法和专业进行多角度的数据解读,向迫切希望了解儿童安全座椅行业的企业和研发人员揭示该行业未来数年的主要研发方向等国际竞争态势。Laws and regulations concerning compulsory use of child safety seats will be put into implement soon. Many do- mestic small enterprises, attracted by the huge market share of the Child Safety Seats Industry, are attempting to gain interest by making imitative products with low costs. This kind of business mode will not only result in infringement litigation, but also lead to illegal rnannfactttring and selling. Therefore, an analysis on the global developing trends, core technology as well as litigation of the Child Safety Seats Patent is both necessary and important for the moment. Through an innovative approach that applys both Thomson Innovation and Innography, this paper managed to make a multi- angle and professional data analysis on the Patent In- formation of Child Safety Seats. Thus the paper intended to reveal the international competitive situation of the Child Safety Seats, such as the most popular technologies under research and development, to those enterprisers and researchers who are eager to know more about it.
