高校图书馆资源配置与人才培养质量相关性实证研究

摘　　要：本文分析了高校人才培养质量与图书馆资源配置之间的相关性。研究发现高校人才培养质量与图书馆资源配置之间存在显著相关。回归分析表明:高校图书馆的数据库数量越多、文献资源购置费越高、职工人数越多、生均文献量越多,图书馆对高校人才培养的贡献也就越大。因此,为了提高我国高校人才培养质量,必须制定政策,激励高校加大对图书馆的投入。The paper analyzed the correlation between talent cultivation quality and resource allocation of university library. It is found that there exists significant correlation. The regression analysis indicated that libraries will have a greater contribution to talent cultivation of universities when university libraries have more databases, acquisition expenses for document resources are higher, have more staffs and per- student documents are higher. Therefore, policies must be made to motivate universities to in- crease input in libraries with the purpose of advancing talent cultivation quality of our universities.
