摘 要:2D应力波技术是一种木材内部缺陷的现场无损诊断技术,常用于传统木结构中梁、柱等木构件的材质勘查。但是在实际操作过程中发现,2D应力波的检测区域常与损伤的实际区域不一致,影响了木构件材质的准确评估。笔者采用2D应力波技术,以木构件内部裂缝损伤为研究对象,研究了应力波传感头与裂缝损伤的相对位置、裂缝损伤自身状态等因素对2D应力波图像特征的影响。研究结果表明,2D应力波图像与木材内部损伤和传感器相对位置均有密切关系,且损伤程度显著影响2D应力波检测的准确性。2D stress wave technology is an on-site non-destructive detecting technology of inner damages of wood products, which is commonly used for checking of posts, beams and other wood components in traditional wooden structures. However, it was found in the practical use that the damage area showed in the 2D stress figure wave often didn' t match the actual area of damages as a result of the incorrect assessment of the wood quality. In this paper, with the influences of the relative position between sensors and checks, shapes and sizes of checks on the characteristics of 2D stress wave images were studied with the technique of 2D stress wave. The results showed that 2D stress wave image has a close relationship with the inner damages and the relative position of the sensors and the damage degree significantly affect the accuracy of 2D stress wave detection.
