摘  要:采用聚乙二醇(PEG,Mn=400)与二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)相结合,合成高固含量水性聚氨酯。探索PEG400与DMPA以不同配比对乳液分散性、稳定性、固含量以及聚氨酯成膜吸水率、热性能、拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:大约3%的PEG400可替代0.8%的DMPA合成稳定的聚氨酯乳液,同时乳液固含量从42%(仅使用DMPA)提高到55%(3%PEG400+1.6%DMPA)。在聚氨酯中植入PEG400使聚氨酯软段玻璃化转变温度、成膜结晶度下降。相对单纯采用DMPA为亲水单体合成水性聚氨酯,PEG400与DMPA相结合,可以使水性聚氨酯耐水性及力学性能显著提高。High solid content waterborne polyurethane dispersions (PUDs) were synthesized via to the combination of polyeth- ylene glycol( PEG, Mn = 400) and dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA). The effects of the ratios of PEG400 and DMPA on the dis- persion, stability and solid contents of PUDs, as well as the water absorption, thermal and tensile properties of polyurethane film were analyzed. The results show that about 3% PEG400 can replace 0. 8% DMPA to svnthesize stable PUDs, while the solid content raises from 42% (using DMPA alone) to 55% (3% PEG400 + 1.6% DMPA). The glass transition temperature (Tgs) and crystallinity of soft segments are decreased after introducing PEG400 into polyurethane. Compared to using DMPA alone as hydro- philic monomer to synthesize PUDs, the combination of PEG400 and DMPA can significantly improve the water resistance and me- chanical properties of PUDs .
