摘  要:就改性戊二醛鞣前预处理对锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂鞣革性能的影响进行了研究。考察了改性戊二醛用量、浸酸p H对鞣剂吸收率、坯革收缩温度及物理感官性能的影响,并借助组织学方法观察改性戊二醛预处理对鞣后坯革胶原纤维状态的影响。结果表明:经改性戊二醛预处理可提升鞣剂鞣革性能,并且促进鞣剂的吸收。优化得到的最佳工艺为:浸酸p H值2.5、改性戊二醛用量1.5%、锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂用量20%。该工艺所得坯革收缩温度可达94℃,鞣剂吸收率为88%,经湿态染整及干态整饰后,坯革物理机械性能符合行业标准。The effect of pre - tanning with modified glutaraldehyde on the performance of Zr - A1 - Ti complex tanning leather was studied. The influence of modified glutaraldehyde dosage and pickle pH on tanning absorptivity, shrinkage temperature, phys- ical mechanical properties and sensory properties of crust was investigated, and the effect of pre - tanning with modified glutaral- dehyde on crust collagen fiber was analyzed by histological observation. The results indicate that the pre - tanning with modified glutaraldehyde could improve the performance of Zr - Al - Ti complex tanning leather and promote tanning absorptivity. The opti- mal process condition was as follows : pickle pH 2.5, 1.5% modified glutaraldehyde and 20% Zr - Al - Ti complex tanning a- gent. By applying this process, the crust shrinkage temperature is up to 94℃, the tanning absorptivity is 88% and the physical - mechanical properties of the crust by wet dyeing and dry finishing could meet industrial standard.
