牛皮保暖鞋吸湿性相关因素的分析

摘  要:通过测试牛皮纳帕革保暖样品鞋羊毛里料、人造短毛里料、人造长毛里料3种单层保暖材料及牛皮纳帕革-羊毛里料、牛皮纳帕革-人造短毛里料、牛皮纳帕革-人造长毛里料3种组合材料的吸湿性,同时选择10名年龄在23~28岁、身高165~175era、体重61~66kg的经常运动的男性受试者,穿着与3种组合材料相对应的3种款式、鞋号、鞋底材料相同的保暖样品鞋,以步速2.1、3.1、4.1km/h运动0~40min后,测试样品鞋的吸湿率,得到保暖鞋常用3种里料吸湿性的优劣顺序为羊毛里料〉人造短毛里料〉人造长毛里料,组合材料吸湿性与对应样品鞋吸湿率的优劣顺序一致,即纳帕革+人造短毛里料(样品鞋3)〉纳帕革+羊毛里料(样品鞋1)〉纳帕革+人造长毛里料(样品鞋2)。结果显示,成鞋吸湿性不能用单层材料吸湿率来表征,应以多层不同组合材料的吸湿率来袁征。The moisture absorption of single- layer materials including wool, short synthetic hair and long synthetic hair was determined. Also the moisture absorption of cow nappa leather combined with above three kinds of materials was tested. Ten men aged 23 -28 years old, 165 ~ 175cm height , 61 ~ 66kg weight were selected as subjects who do exercise regularly. They wore the warm shoes with above three kinds of combined materials as interlining ( the style, shoe size and sole materials are same) and walked 0 - 40min with the pace 2. 1,3.1,4. 1 km/h. The moisture absorption of sample shoes were determined. The results show that the moisture absorption of single - layer materials is as follows : wool 〉 short synthetic hair 〉 long synthetic hair. The mois- ture absorption of combined materials is consistent with that of the corresponding sample shoes. It indicates that shoes moisture - absorption ability should be characterized by the composite materials hygroscopicity, rather than that of a single - layer material.
