麒麟鸡卷羽毛囊发育规律及卷羽特点研究

摘　　要：为了探究麒麟鸡卷羽毛囊发育规律及卷羽特点，研究通过采集7～18日胚龄麒麟鸡和怀乡鸡鸡胚背部皮肤，进行石蜡切片，HE染色，在显微镜下观察毛囊形态结构，比较分析麒麟鸡和怀乡鸡胚胎期毛囊发育过程，并于出壳后观察分析麒麟鸡卷羽生长状况。结果表明：卷羽毛囊发育过程在8～16日胚龄，其中12～15日胚龄卷羽毛囊呈弯曲状态，髓质面积大于片羽毛囊，羽辛支嵴小于片羽；卷羽羽轴向外弯曲、羽小枝之间不能相互钩连形成闭合羽片。To study the development of frizzle feather follicle and characteristics in Kirlin chicken,paraffin sections were made from dorsal skins of embryos at 7 to 18 days of age with Kirin chicken and Huaixiang chicken, and stained with hematoxylin and eosin （HE）according to standard procedures, then the feather follicle structure and morphogenesis were observed through microscope. Feather follicle development process between frizzled feather of Kirin chicken and normal feather of Huaixiang chicken were compared,and feather growth status of Kirin chicken were analyzed after hatching. The results showed that： The period of development of frizzled feather follicle was from 8 to 16 days at embryonic stage. The frizzled feather follicle, with curve trait and its medulla were bigger compared with normal feather, but the barb ridges were smaller than normal feather from 12 to 15 days at embryonic stage. The frizzled feather rachis were curved outward,and barbules couldn＇t hooked together to a closed feather.
