摘 要:介绍了淤浆加料聚乙烯催化剂SLC-S的组成、结构特点及制备过程,讨论了催化剂工业化应用的特点、聚合工艺条件及聚合物性能的控制,并对国产和进口催化剂树脂产品的性能进行了对比。研究结果表明:SLC-S催化剂具有较高的催化活性,适用于高负荷冷凝操作工况,树脂产品粒度均匀、细粉含量少,与进口催化剂树脂产品力学性能接近,且具有更好的加工流变性能。The composition, structure features, and preparation of SLC-S, the new slurry polyethylene catalyst, are introduced. The industrial application characteristics of the catalyst, the polymerization process conditions, and the polymer performance control are discussed. The performances of resins catalyzed by domestic and foreign catalysts are compared. The research results show that the SLC-S slurry catalyst has high catalytic activity, which is suitable for the condensed mode with high loading. The resin products have uniform particle size, less fine powder content, approximate mechanical performance compared with products catalyzed by imported catalyst, and better processing rheological property.
