朝医针灸治疗60例少阴人椎动脉型颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：[背景]评价朝医针灸治疗少阴人椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效.[病例报告]采用自身对照方法给予60例少阴人体质的椎动脉型颈椎病患者朝医太极针疗法治疗,10d为1个疗程,采用颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表进行治疗前后测评,并进行治疗效果评定,结果见治疗总有效率为97%.[讨论]朝医针灸治疗少阴人椎动脉型颈椎病疗效确切.BACKGROUND To evaluate the curative effects of Korean Medicine with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for soeumin with vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy.CASE REPORTS60 cases of soeumin with vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy were treated with Tai Chi acupuncture therapy of Korean Medicine for 10 days as a course of treatment,and the curative effects before and after the intervention were evaluated by cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scale（ESCV）.The total effective rate of treatment was 97%.DISCUSSION The acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of Korean Medicine for soeumin with vertebroarterial cervical spondylopathy has exact therapeutic effects.
