羊藿五味咀嚼片缓解体力疲劳作用

摘　　要：[目的]评价羊藿五味咀嚼片的缓解体力疲劳作用.[方法]选择昆明种雄性小鼠随机分为4大组,每大组又随机分为空白对照组、羊藿五味咀嚼片小、中、大剂量(1,2,6g/kg)组,每组各为10只.羊藿五味咀嚼片小、中、大剂量组连续灌胃给予相应剂量羊藿五味咀嚼片30d,观察各组小鼠力竭性游泳时间、血清尿素、血乳酸及肝糖原水平变化.[结果]与空白对照组比较,羊藿五味咀嚼片小、中、大剂量组小鼠肝糖原储备量显著提高,小鼠游泳后血乳酸曲线下面积及运动后血清尿素氮含量降低,体内尿素氮清除速率加速,小鼠的游泳时间提高,相比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01).[结论]羊藿五味咀嚼片具有缓解体力疲劳的作用.OBJECTIVETo evaluate the effects of Yanghuowuwei chewable tablets for alleviating physical fatigue.METHODS The male mice of BALB/c were randomly divided into 4groups,and each group was again divided into black control group,small,medium and large dose（1,2,6g/kg）groups of the Yanghuowuwei chewable tablets,and 10 mice was in each group.The small,medium and large dose groups were continuously given by gavage with the Yanghuowuwei chewable tablets once a day for 30 d,and it was observed in each group that the exhaustive swimming time,serum urea,blood lactate concentration and liver glycogen.RESULTS As compared with the in each group,three dose groups of the Yanghuowuwei chewable tablets could significantly prolonge swimming time,reduce BUN level,increase the liver glycogen storage and accelerate lactic-acid clearance（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION The Yanghuowuwei chewable tablets have the effects of alleviating physical fatigue in mice.
