摩擦纺彩色夹芯纱的纺纱工艺与生产实践

摘　　要：为了突破传统摩擦纺纱线质量低、品种少、应用受限的现状,以及开发花式纱线新品种,以DREFⅢ型摩擦纺纱机的纺纱原理为基础,介绍用摩擦纺纱方法生产的一种花式纱线,因它具有特殊的花色效应,将其命名为摩擦纺彩色夹芯纱。以羊毛/腈纶50/50混纺的浅驼色、紫红色和米白色3组粗纱为包缠原料,以140旦/96 f本白色涤纶低弹丝为芯纱,在摩擦纺纱机上通过工艺研究开发出摩擦纺彩色夹芯纱。通过工艺配合,浅驼色,紫红色和米白色纱依次逐层包缠,纱线整体色彩朦胧又有层次感。该款纱线的创新点为:每种颜色逐层包覆但包缠量不同,色彩相互之间渗透,花色效应新颖;从横截面上可以看到各自不混色的3层色彩。In order to break through the traditional friction yarn of low quality and less product variety, this paper produced a new kind of fancy yarn by the spinning principle of DREF 11I machine. The yarn is named colorful core-spun friction yarn because of its special design and color effects. 50% wool and 50% acrylic blended roving fed as raw material, three groups of camel/red-purple and creamy white roving fed into respectively. The core filament used the white low elastic polyester of 140D/96f type. The two materials are spun into friction core-spun yarn. The sequence of wrapped color is camel in the innermost layer, followed by red-purple and then creamy white in the outermost layer. By designing the technology, the final color effect of the yarn is so hazy and vague and with distinct color layers. The innovation points are as followed： first, each color is coated layer-by-layer, there is mutual penetration between each layer of color, which reflects the unique and special color effect; second, from the yarn cross section three layers with unmixed and separated color can be seen clearly and distinguished easily.
