摘 要:文章研究对比酶与低温助剂作为促染剂用于毛织物低温染色的效果。分别采用酶预处理后低温染色、酶与染料同浴低温染色和低温助剂低温染色3种方法,对比染色后织物的上染百分率、染色牢度、强降率、手感和染色成本等,发现酶预处理分浴染色上染百分率较高,染色牢度较高,织物手感好,强降率低,是高档织物的首选方法。低温助剂染色上染百分率和染色牢度较高,强降率较高,织物手感不如酶处理低温染色,但成本较低,可以用于低档织物染色。This paper studied and compared the effects of wool low temperature dyeing with enzymes and the low temperature agents. Three ways were adopted, which were the low temperature dye after enzyme pretreatment,the enzyme and dye dyeing at low temprerature in one bath, the low temperature dyeing for the low temperature agent. Contrasted to dye uptake and fastness, strength loss, handle on fabric and dyeing cost, the conclusion was drawed. Enzyme processing in one bath dyeing has high dye uptake, higher color fastness, fabric feel is good, strong reduction rate is low. The dyeing with low temperature agents, the dye uptake and color fastness, the fabric handle is not as well as the dyeing with enzymes, but the cost is low, this way could be used for the dyeing of low-grade fabrics.
