摘  要:研究了尤纳素黑CR在低温染色中的应用。对染色温度、染液p H值、碱洗p H值等因素及实验数据进行研究,分析了羊绒纤维在高、低温染色中的能源指标(水、电、饱和蒸汽)及羊绒纤维在高、低温染色的物理指标(单纤维强力、断裂伸长率)。实验结果表明,尤纳素黑CR适合低温染色,平衡上染百分率可以达到高温染色时的平衡上染百分率,各项牢度指标满足服用需求;降低染色温度,节约能源,增加经济效益;减少羊绒损伤,提高羊绒纤维的手感、光泽和鲜艳度。The article states that the viability of using for dyestuff Unisol Black CR dyeing in low temperature. After designing some experiment which refers to changing of dyeing temperature, pH value, and alkali wash condition, lots of test data are gotten to analyze. The testing result proves that Unisol Black CR is very suitable for low temperature dyeing process. The advantages of this using are as follow : first of all, the dye rate in balance for low temperature is equal to high temperature dyeing ; secondly, this special dyeing process can reduce cost of energy and increase the economic benefits; thirdly, this process can improve hand feeling and brilliance of cashmere fabric even much less damaged.
