摘 要:扶手型及锯齿形单壁碳纳米管的最低光学声子模并不一定是E2g或E2模.对于轴向晶格常数比横截面周长大的单壁碳纳米管来说,其最低光学声子模是垂直于其轴向方向振动的一种驻波.通过基于经验势函数的模拟计算,确定这种光学声子模的能量是正比于碳纳米半径的.We demonstrate that the lowest optical phonon mode (LOM) of the single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) is not always a E2g mode for achiral tube or E2 mode for chiral tube. For some small SWCNTs of which the periodic unit length along tube axis is larger than its circumference, the LOM is the standing wave along the tube axis. By the present numerical calculation based on empiri- cal potential, we confirm that the energy of such an optical phonon mode is inversely proportional to the tube radius.
