摘  要:利用 A 值法与活菌平板计数法,测定了杀鲑气单胞菌在不同条件下的生长曲线,研究了不同温度及pH对杀鲑气单胞菌(Aeromonas salmonicha)生长的影响。结果表明,活菌计数法更能真实的反映细菌数量的动态变化。在28℃,15℃,10℃,5℃条件下,随着温度降低,杀鲑气单胞菌生长速率明显下降;在pH6.0-8.0时,酸性条件能明显抑制杀鲑气单胞菌的生长;在28℃、pH7.5条件下,杀鲑气单胞菌生长速率最快,达到稳定期时细菌数量也最多。在养殖生产过程中,为了抑制杀鲑气单胞菌的生长繁殖,建议在不影响鱼类正常生长的条件下,尽量降低养殖水体温度并合理控制水体pH,以降低养殖鱼类发病率。In this paper, the effects of different temperatures and pH on the growth ofAeromonas salmonicida were studied. The results showed that plate count method could better reflect the true dynamic growth condition ofA. salmonicida. At the four temperature gradients (28, 15, 10 and 5℃), as the temperature decreased, thegrowth rate of A. salmonicida decreased obviously. Within the range of pH 6.0-8.0,A. salmonicida could grow, but its growth was significantly inhibited under acid conditions. The results also showed thatA. salmonicida had gained the high-est growth rate and the largest amount under the condition of 28℃ and pH 7.5. This study has a certain theoretical guiding significance to the actual production. In order to inhibit the growth ofA. salmonicida and reduce the infec-tion of the farmed fish,it is strongly suggested to reduce the temperature and control the pH value in aquaculture reasonably.
