摘　　要：2014年1月15—18日,日本共产党(JCP,以下简称"日共")在静冈县热海市的党研修所召开第26次全国代表大会。大会在对国内外政治经济形势进行分析的基础上,提出了现阶段日共的政治行动路线,即以反对修改和平宪法,反对提高消费税,实行零核电,与自民党政府实行全面对决作为党的工作方针,努力扩大党的社会和政治影响力。这集中体现了日共的战略和策略变化。The Japanese Communist Party holds the Twenty - sixth National Party Congress in Janu- ary 15 - 18th ,2014. Based on the analysis of domestic and international political and economic situa- tion, the Congress proposed a political course of action of JCP—opposing to revise the pacifist consti- tution, opposing to raising the consumption tax, implementing the zero nuclear electricity, implemen- ting a comprehensive showdown with the Liberal Democratic Party Government, and making efforts to expand the party＇ s social and political influences,emboding the strategy and strategy change of JCP.
